CLOSE CALL: A traffic warden takes a note of the number of El-Hadji Diouf’s gold Cadillac Escalade
BLACKBURN Rovers forward El-Hadji Diouf had some explaining to do when he parked his car in a loading bay.
But he escaped a ticket because a traffic warden’s hand-held computer wasn’t working.
The incident happened in Manchester city centre on Monday lunchtime and the 28-year-old was later seen laughing and smiling as he drove off in the gold Cadillac Escalade.
