BLACKBURN Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has shot down rumours of Tottenham's interest in defender Chris Samba.
Allardyce claimed Spurs boss Harry Redknapp told him there was no truth in the speculation yesterday afternoon.
“There is no truth in the rumour about Samba.
"I spoke to Harry because I was going to have to Chris Samba knocking on my door asking about it.
"I said 'are you going to buy him?' He said 'no'.”
