ACCRINGTON Stanley manager John Coleman has often regarded his side's inaccurate shooting as a pain in the backside, but this time it did not leave him in agony.

The Stanley boss yesterday fulfilled a forfeit for Sky’s Soccer AM programme, to be screened on Saturday, after challenging his players to keep 10 league clean sheets this season – a feat they achieved against Darlington last Tuesday.

It is fair to say that Coleman will win no ‘rear of the year’ awards after he displayed his derriere in a target and allowed his squad to fire footballs at it.

But it was the players who got a bum deal as, despite their practice in recent days, their often profligate finishing came back to haunt them as not one of the squad managed to hit the target at the town’s Wilson Playing Fields.
