GLOBE trotter Mark Felix is flexing his muscles around the world as he attempts to become the strongest man on the planet.

The Rishton-based strongman has been clocking up the air miles in his busiest period of the season.

Felix, who hails from Grenada, kicked off his hectic schedule closer to home when the took part in Britain’s Strongest Man in Minehead last month.

But after his trip to the West Country, it was off to Eastern Europe where he competed in the Moscow Grand Prix.

The jet-lag was really kicking in as Felix, who finished fourth in the World Strongest Man two years ago, flew straight on to New York for the Worlds Strongest Man Super Series then up to Quebec in Canada for Fortissimus.

Last week, the Worlds Strongest Man Super Series moved on to Norway – and do did Felix! And after an event in Poland on Saturday, Felix makes his annual trip north of the border when he competes in the Goddodin/Highlander on July 18-20 and then the Callander Highland Games the following weekend.
