Stanley skipper Seamus Conneely has signed a new one-year deal to extend his stay at the Wham Stadium.
Conneely is now gearing up for his 13th season with the Reds, with more than 400 appearances to his name for the club.
The 37-year-old headed to East Lancashire in 2015 and was a key member of the squad that won the League Two title three years later.
He made 35 appearances in the league last season, with 23 of those coming from the start, as the Reds finished 16th.
The midfielder is the club's fourth-highest appearance maker, only behind Paul Mullin, Andy Procter and Sean McConville.
"We are very happy for Seamus to commit himself again to the club," manager John Doolan told the club site.
"We all know what the club means to him, so it's great he has extended his stay with us and, as always, I look forward to working with him."
Stanley have also confirmed that goalkeeper James Rogerson has signed a new one-year deal.
The 19-year-old has been named on the bench eight times and made his debut against Leeds United Under-21s in the Vertu Trophy last November.
Rogerson has been with the club since 2016 and signed his first professional contract last summer.
Doolan has been impressed with the young shot stopper and hopes he can now compete for a place in the first team.
"James has done well under Matt Gilks' guidance. He has come on leaps and bounds, more so last season," the boss added.
"He didn't play that many games, he had good keepers in front of him, but we could see the potential in James.
"We are so glad he has committed to us. We have seen him push on and his job now is to push on into the first team, and I am sure he will."
