Here's how The Lancashire Telegraph scored the players' performances, with a six representing par for the course.
Balazs Toth - 7
Didn't have much to do other than one save from Ngakia in the first half.
Callum Brittain - 8
Put in some lovely crosses from the right again. Rovers looked most dangerous from that side.
Dom Hyam - 8
Rock-solid again and used the ball well too. Didn't give much change to Doumbia.
Danny Batth - 8
Had one goal ruled out and another header off the bar. Excellent in both boxes as usual.
Yuri Ribeiro - 7
A few misplaced passes but solid defensively as he always tend to be.
Lewis Travis - 7
Typical snarling performance in the middle. Not his greatest game with the ball but did plenty off it.
Sondre Tronstad - 8
Scooped the Player of the Season award before kick-off and deservedly so. Nearly added to his goal tally with a shot just wide of the post.
Tyrhys Dolan - 9
Rovers' best player even before the goal. Buzzed around, took on his opponents and delivered with his end product. Having a real purple patch.
Todd Cantwell - 9
Scored one and assisted one. The perfect time to score his first goal from open play. Has come back to the party in recent weeks.
Ryan Hedges - 7
Worked hard but it wasn't quite coming off for him in the final third.
Yuki Ohashi - 7
Similar to Hedges, though he set up the equaliser. Plenty of endeavour but no clear sight at goal.
Substitutes:
Dion Sanderson (Hedges, 77') - 6
On to protect the lead as they shifted to a back five.
Adam Forshaw (Cantwell, 77') - 6
Likewise, a move to try and get the midfield locked down.
Augustus Kargbo (Dolan, 86') - N/A
Made his return from injury in the final minutes. Great to see him back.
Emmanuel Dennis (Ohashi, 86') - N/A
Joined Kargbo in returning to action in the final home game.
Unused substitutes: Pears, Montgomery, Pickering, Woodrow, Tyjon
