Blackburn Rovers are likely to be without Augustus Kargbo and Ryan Hedges until after the international break.

Just as Rovers were starting to get more bodies back, the injuries are starting to pile up again. Kargbo had to come off after 15 minutes against Derby County in the latest setback. The winger has suffered a hamstring injury.

Ryan Hedges also missed the match after suffering an abductor issue in training. He will also be missing until the end of the month, along with Danny Batth, Owen Beck and Harry Pickering.

"We will take some answers from this game to bring into the other game. But the more concern I have today is more the injury again for AK," Ismael said.

"It's another player who will be out for the next game. He's injured his hamstrings. We will have to see how bad it is.

"He's done very well since coming in. Yes, I think he's doing a lot of pace. One v one situation, especially in the transition."

"Yes, he had an abductor issue after the game against Norwich," Ismael added on Hedges.

"He tried on Monday to train and it's getting worse. So now he will be out until after the international break."
