John Eustace is unlikely to wield the axe after an impressive win at Middlesbrough but could tweak the Blackburn Rovers team to face Leeds United.

Rovers frustrated the visitors in midweek and then punished them in the second half. That should give them a shot in the arm to combat what is another quick turnaround.

Leeds are an even better side than Boro, though Rovers have Ewood Park comforts in their favour. Though Wednesday night will have sapped the legs, I can't envisage too many changes.

The back five have been fantastic in recent weeks and will remain the same. Special mention for Callum Brittain and Harry Pickering, who I think have particularly stood out in the last three games since they both returned to the team.

Lewis Travis and Sondre Tronstad are indispensable for Rovers at the moment, hence why they have started every Championship game. It's a rock-solid back seven with the only likely tweaks in the front four.

Andi Weimann's injury means Tyrhys Dolan will likely start again. I don't see Amario Cozier-Duberry getting thrown in at the deep end having not played for six weeks.

Todd Cantwell will be the 10 but Owen Beck might be an option on the left. It's a role he came on and performed well in at Boro, getting the pre-assist for Dom Hyam's winner.

Whilst Ryan Hedges is a hard worker and a good option, Beck may add a bit more pace in transition. He will also help double up in defence and allow Rovers to flip between a back four and five.

Yuki Ohashi should start once again up front.

Predicted Rovers team: Pears; Brittain, Hyam, Batth Pickering; Travis, Tronstad; Dolan, Cantwell, Beck; Ohashi.
