Only two T20 matches survived the weather on Friday night in the NWCL.
Padiham scored 116-4 (Jack Edgar 45, Callum Clarke 36), Aneeq Hassan taking 3-20 for Barrowford.
Hassan then hit a half-century as Barrowford ended their innings nine runs short.
Elsewhere, Dan Hughes hit 40 in Atherton’s 156-8, Haroon Abbasi with 3-18 for Walkden.
Walkden overcame this for the loss of seven wickets, Arshad Mehmood with 66 and Dario Boyce hitting 42.
