Rovers youngsters Dominik Biniek and Junior Nsangou have both made the final 21-man Poland squad for this summer’s European Under-19 Championship.

The pair were involved in a training camp in Opalenica earlier this month and will now head to Malta for the tournament.

Poland kick off the group stage against Portugal at the Tony Bezzina Stadium in Paola on Monday, July 3.

Marcin Brosz’s side also head to the Centenary Stadium in Ta’ Qali to take on hosts Malta on Thursday, July 6 before facing Italy on Sunday, July 9 in their final group fixture.

The other group features Greece, Iceland, Norway and Spain, with the top two teams from each group progressing to the semi-final stage.

Aston Villa goalkeeper Oliwier Zych is the only other player from an English club named in the squad.
