ALAN Judge was the destroyer-in-chief as Blackburn Rovers Reserves earned a comfortable win over Everton Reserves at Christie Park tonight.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder responded to the centre forward role he was given by breaking the deadlock after only four minutes with a superb dipping volley from just outside the area.
His second came from the penalty spot eight minutes into the second half, following a foul on Sergio Peter.
Judge drove the ball straight down the middle of the goalmouth to double Rovers' lead, before completing his hat-trick with 15 minutes to go.
The youngster collected the ball on the left to begin a determined solo run, which resulted in him finishing convincingly from close range.
Jason Brown made a late double save to preserve the clean sheet.
