West Brom are reportedly set to sign Burnley target Jed Wallace on a free transfer.

The Millwall winger is out of contract this summer and several Championship clubs are interested in his services.

But the Baggies have won the race for his signature, according to a report by The Portsmouth News.

Wallace impressed last season, getting six goals and 12 assists as the Lions finished ninth in the Championship.

The 28-year-old had also been linked with a move overseas, with Turkish side Besiktas said to be monitoring the situation.

He will now undergo a medical at the Midlands club, who are aiming to win promotion back to the top-flight under Steve Bruce.

Meanwhile, promising youngster Dara Costelloe has signed a new contract at Turf Moor.

The 19-year-old joined the Clarets’ youth ranks in the summer of 2020 and finished as top-scorer for the Under-23 side last season with 12 goals in all competitions.

He was also named on the bench for the first team’s final seven Premier League fixtures last term.

Costelloe is delighted to have extended his stay at Turf Moor and is excited about what the future holds.

"I'm buzzing, I can't wait to get started and see what the season holds,” he told the club’s website.

"Last season went well for me so I want to kick on, see what this season has to offer and hopefully make a name for myself.

"There's exciting times ahead here, it's a Club with ambition so I'm pleased to sign a new contract. I just can't wait to get started again.”
