BURNLEY have had the most offsides in the Premier League over the last five years.
The Clarets have been caught offside a total of 421 times in the top-flight since the start of the 2017/18 campaign.
Chris Wood – who joined Newcastle in a £25 million move earlier this month – has been the largest contributor to this stat.
The New Zealander has caught offside 156 times since his arrival at Turf Moor in the summer of 2017, which makes up 37% of the club’s total.
There is a large gap between Sean Dyche’s men and second-placed Chelsea (379), with Manchester United also making the top three (359).

However, they have several games in hand on the sides around them after having multiple games postponed due to Covid cases and injuries.
Dyche’s men are back in action on Saturday, February 5 when they welcome Watford to Turf Moor (KO 6pm).
