ROVERS extended their unbeaten run in the Championship with a narrow victory at Cardiff.
Joe Rothwell scored the decisive goal, finding the bottom corner with a clinical finish early in the first half.
Ryan Nyambe was sent off 14 minutes from time after receiving a second yellow card.

Brilliant, well done #Rovers for seeing that out after going down to 10 men. Didnt play that well but in previous seasons we draw or lose that game so to battle and hold on for the win is fantastic!

Not said for a little while, nobody needs reminding really. This is the most likeable group of footballs we have at #Rovers. A great win. Another step closer 😍

It wasn’t pretty and it was far too bitty in possession, but Rovers just don’t look like conceding at the moment.

Always a body, always a block, Kaminski absolutely superb conducting the orchestra in front of him too. #Rovers
Not at their best today but will take the 3 points thank you very much #rovers

Wow. Not a good performance at all. But another huge 3 points. Silly by Nyambe to cop that red, but we take the points and run #rovers #brfc

That’s a game that good teams win. Ugly, scrappy, not their best. #Rovers

Sign of a good team when you don't play well and win. Where has this Rovers team come from?! My heart is happy 🔵⚪️ #rovers
