Leeds United have been handed an allocation of 4,500 for the friendly at Ewood Park next week.

The visitors have been allocated the whole of the Darwen End for the fixture, with tickets to go on sale this morning.

With those expected to be snapped up quickly, the match being the first away fixture that fans have been allowed at since the first lockdown, the club say there is the prospect for a bigger allocation.

Rovers announced ticket details on Monday morning, priced at £15 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5 for juniors.

The club announced that tickets for home supporters were available in the Jack Walker Stand or Ronnie Clayton Blackburn End, leaving the prospect of the Riverside Stand being used as an overspill should there be excess demand from the Leeds supporters.

Their last trip to Ewood Park, 12 months ago, was played behind closed doors, with the game in October 2018, in which Rovers won 2-1, saw the visitors bring a contingent of 7,500.

The friendly, on Wednesday, July 28 (7.30pm), will be the first time Ewood Park has opened its gates to supporters since the 2-2 draw with Swansea City in February 2020.

Rovers advised the following safety advice for supporters planning to attend the game:

- Take a test before you travel to Ewood Park, test kits can be collected from multiple dispensing points both in Blackburn and Leeds, and the surrounding areas

- If you test positive or feel unwell, do not travel to the stadium

- Supporters travelling on public transport and when in enclosed public spaces are requested to wear a face covering

- Hand-sanitiser stations will be readily available throughout the stadium and one-way systems in the concourse areas will be in operation to help the flow of fans

- Wearing a face covering is encouraged when inside the stadium
