Rovers’ cheapest adult season ticket for 2021/22 is £399, but how does that compare to the rest of the Championship?
The majority of clubs have released details for next season, with Rovers now putting out their prices to supporters ahead of the August 7 kick-off.
While the cheapest season ticket comes in at £399, the most expensive is £459 in the Jack Walker Upper Centre, however, there is a £599 premium offering.
Derby County, Fulham and West Bromwich Albion are yet to release details, while Hull City have chosen to run a monthly membership scheme instead of season tickets.
The cheapest adult season ticket is provided by QPR, from £225, with Birmingham City (£265), Blackpool (£299), Cardiff City (£249), Huddersfield Town (£249), Reading (£299), Stoke City (£294) and Swansea City (£249) all offering a season ticket for under the £300 barrier.
The average season ticket price among the 20 clubs to have published details is £349.
There are discounts on offer at Rovers, and at other clubs too, for season ticket holders who purchased in 2020/21 despite matches being played behind closed doors, with the prices based upon those advertised by the club for just next season.
Rovers’ £399 price point comes in lower than Bournemouth who at £550 are the most expensive across the division, Luton Town (£400), Middlesbrough (£420) and Preston North End (£400) and the same as newly-promoted Peterborough.
Their most expensive non-premium season ticket price of £459 is cheaper than the most expensive at Barnsley (£475), Birmingham City (£505), Blackpool (£649), Bournemouth (£760), Bristol City (£636), Cardiff City (£479), Luton Town (£500), Middlesbrough (£645), Millwall (£560), Nottingham Forest (£525), Peterborough United (£529), Preston North End (£535), QPR (£558), Sheffield United (£543) and Stoke City (£539).
