SEAN Dyche is hoping to have both Dwight McNeil and Robbie Brady available for Sunday's trip to Leeds United.

The influential pair were both withdrawn in the second half of Monday night's win over Wolves.

Brady complained of a tight hamstring while McNeil, who was making his 70th successive Premier League appearance for the Clarets, went off with a tight groin.

But with Burnley having a respite from Boxing Day fixtures, instead making the trip to Elland Road the following day, the extra time could prove beneficial to the pair's chances of being involved.

"We are waiting on news on Dwight McNeil and Robbie," said Dyche.

"We are hopeful on Brady for the Leeds game and possibly with Dwight as well so we will wait and see."

There was positive news for Jack Cork as he continued his comeback from a fractured ankle in a bounce game at the club's Barnfield training base this afternoon.

"Corky has come through a game today and still needs a bit more football," said the Burnley boss, who watched the behind closed doors against Blackpool.

"Johann (Berg Gudmundsson) was out there as well getting in some more minutes as well."

"Vyds (Matej Vydra) has tweaked a muscle in his back and there is something there but not too serious.

"We will have to wait over the next 48 hours to see whether he will be involved (against Leeds).

"We just have a couple of niggly ones which are touch and go for Leeds but at this stage we are not thinking they are too serious.

"We are beginning to get the group back together."
