Rovers January target Kamil Jozwiak is of interest to several clubs across Europe.

Reports in Turkey suggest Galatasaray have made Lech Poznan an offer in the region of 2million Euros, with the Polish side holding out for more.

Rovers’ January budget of £1m was never likely to trouble any of their man winter window targets, with Jozwiak and Portsmouth’s Ronan Curtis both proving out of their price range as they ended the month without making an addition.

Indeed, it is now 11 months since Rovers added to their squad with the addition of Lewis Holtby.

Curtis has since signed a new deal with Portsmouth who insist they have had no offers for the Republic of Ireland international this summer who ended last season with 14 goals.

Jozwiak scored eight goals, and contributed four assists, in his 35 league appearances last season, form which saw him called up the Poland national team, earning one cap.

The 22-year-old has two years left to run on his deal with Poznan who are reportedly holding out for much more than the 2million Euro offer currently on the table.

Bundesliga side Werder Bremen are also thought to be tracking Jozwiak, whose January interest seemed to stem from Rovers and Championship rivals Derby County.

Rovers will prioritise their transfer activity this summer on adding to their goalkeeping and defensive ranks, after seeing Christian Walton and Tosin Adarabioyo return to their parent clubs, and back-up keeper Jayson Leutwiler released after three years at Ewood Park.

Tony Mowbray could still look to add in attack, after the departures of Danny Graham and Dominic Samuel, but may opt to promote Jack Vale and Dan Butterworth to the first-team picture to add more depth behind the likes of Adam Armstrong, Bradley Dack, Sam Gallagher and Ben Brereton.
