ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Coleman bemoaned the individual errors that ultimately cost his side a spot in the next round of the FA Cup.

The Reds were on course to complete another giant-killing against Huddersfield Town and were cruising thanks to first half goals from Peter Cavanagh and Paul Mullin.

But Huddersfield scored three to see off the Reds.

Coleman said: "My personal opinion is that the game was lost in injury time in the first half. If we go in 2-0 I think we would have won by three or four goals.

"We defended really well in the second half, but for the two goals, it's a free shot for the first one and it's a mistake by Rocky (Williams) for the third.

"But their first goal was the one that did all the damage, it gave them a shot in the arm right on the stroke of half-time.

"If you let people turn round you like that then you're going to be punished, and unfortunately it's individual errors that have cost us again."

And Coleman admitted it was a result that he wouldn't forget for a long time.

He added: "It's one of the most horrible feelings when you're two goals up and you lose that lead and then go on to lose the match.

"It's a really frustrating feeling and it's something that will take a while to get out of my system."
