CLARETS captain Steven Caldwell is set to spend the next six weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
The 27-year-old limped out of Saturday's home defeat to Southampton after just 10 minutes following a recurrence of the injury he sustained in training at the beginning of last week.
Scans have revealed a torn tendon at the top of his thigh.
