Rovers have made four changes for the visit of Middlesbrough with Darragh Lenihan making his return from injury.

Manchester City loanee Tosin Adarabioyo misses out of the 18 with injury, while there is no place for Ben Brereton because of a knock.

Lenihan returns to partner Derrick Williams, with Greg Cunningham brought in at left back for his first league start.

There is also a first Championship start of the season for Danny Graham, with Sam Gallagher moving out to the right wing.

The final Rovers change sees Stewart Downing come in against his former side, with both Joe Rothwell and Adam Armstrong dropping to the bench.
