Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart is being linked with a move to Premier League new boys Sheffield United.
The 32-year-old is expected to leave Turf Moor this summer after a year with the club.
The Daily Mail reports that Blades boss Chris Wilder is looking at the former England man as he considers his options in goal.
A loan return for Manchester United man Dean Henderson is top of the agenda but a deal is yet to be completed for a player who helped the Bramall Lane club return to the top flight last season as runners-up to Norwich.
Hart joined Burnley from Manchester City for £4 million and an injury to Nick Pope in the Europa League saw him get the gloves for the first-half of the season.
He made 21 appearances in all competitions, the last coming in the 5-1 home defeat to Everton on Boxing Day.
Tom Heaton was then recalled and the 33-year-old regaining his place in the side coincided with an upturn in fortunes that saw the Clarets finish 15th and secure a fourth straight season of Premier League football.
Heaton’s future is the subject of much speculation with Aston Villa circling as he enters the final year of his contract.
Pope signed a new long-term contract in the summer.
