Stanley have announced their first two pre-season friendlies as part of their preparations for the 2019/20 campaign.

John Coleman's side will travel to Welsh Premier League side Bala Town on Saturday, July 20 (3pm).

The fixture was arranged as part of the deal which brought striker Andy Mangan to Stanley last August. Mangan has since moved on to Fleetwood Town where he is working as part of their first team backroom staff.

The following week, on Saturday, July 27 (3pm), Stanley face a trip to the Globe Arena to face neighbours Morecambe.

Stanley say further details on tickets will be made nearer the time.

With work currently being under taken on the Wham Stadium it is unlikely that Stanley will play any close season matches at home this season.

The club are currently waiting to hear from goalkeeper Jonny Maxted and midfielder Scott Brown on the contracts they were offered earlier this season.

Those are the two offers which remain outstanding after defender Ben Richards-Everton turned down his offer and will join League Two side Bradford City on a two-year deal when his Stanley deal expires at the end of next month.
