RAMSBOTTOM United will face a home clash with Weymouth in the second round of the FA Trophy - if they can overcome Workington in tonight's first round replay.

The Rams, eighth in the Evo-Stik West, drew 0-0 in Cumbria on Saturday against a side one level higher and will fancy their chances of progressing on the own patch.

Chris Willcock's side have won each of the last two Trophy ties in home replays and will bid to make it a hat-trick tonight.

Should they get the job done they will bank £6,000 in prize-money and welcome Evo-Stik League Premier South title-chasers Weymouth to the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium on Saturday, January 12.

The Rams have already earned more than £15,000 from their run in the competition and are just six games away from Wembley.

Elsewhere tonight, Barnoldswick Town are on the road at Knaresborough Town in the West Riding County Cup third round.

The tie was due to take place earlier this month but was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Nelson entertain Carlisle City in the Hallmark Security League First Division North looking for a fourth straight win.

The Admirals are in fine form with just one defeat in six games and a win could move them into 12th place.
