THERE will be a contrast of managerial experience in the Wham Stadium dug-outs on Saturday when John Coleman comes up against Michael Duff.
The Stanley boss, along with long-term assistant Jimmy Bell, is celebrating 1,000 games in charge while former Burnley stalwart Duff is in his first season in management.
The former Claret has steadied the ship at the Robins but they remain in trouble at the wrong end of League Two.
But Coleman is pleased to see his 40-year-old opposite number making a good impression.
"I have come across him at Burnley and he is a nice lad and a good football person," said Coleman of the Northern Irishman.
"I am pleased for him because he started off with a bit of a poor spell and he has turned it round a bit."
Stanley will be without loanees Nick Anderton and Connor Hall for the tie with the pair's parent clubs having refused permission for the duo to feature. Andy Mangan remains sidelined but Harvey Rodgers has recovered from injury and is available for selection.
