JOHN Coleman believes Stanley's togetherness can help them halt a five-game winless League One run.
The Reds boss was angry with his team's display in the 1-0 defeat to Rochdale on Saturday and is determined to turn his side's form around ahead of tonight's visit of Wycombe Wanderers to the Wham Stadium.
In the wake of the Spotland loss Coleman criticised his side's effort and admitted he could be forced to go into the transfer market in January to freshen up his squad.
The Stanley chief brought his players in on Sunday to review the video of the Dale defeat and says the squad as a whole is determined to turn results around.
"We had a good meeting and it wasn't balling and shouting, it is not a case of us and them, we are working through this together," he said.
"We haven't got all the answers and we are not perfect so it is always a journey for the coaching staff as well and we will work through it with the players and that is the way it should be. We will find a formula to hopefully put things right."
The Reds boss faces a choice of sticking with the weekend starting XI in the hope of getting a positive reaction, or making changes to freshen the side up.
And it is a decision he has already taken.
"I have already picked the team. I have got in my mind what I want to go with," added Coleman whose side remain 10th in the table, three points off the play off places, despite the dip in form.
"We are not in a disaster zone, we are in hospital but we are not in intensive care.
"We will have to see what reaction we get, we went through the video with the players (on Sunday) and I might have been a bit harsh in saying they didn't show enough effort in the last 20 minutes because they did but they were just misguided. That happens when you are chasing the game and you tend to panic with your decision making.
"Wycombe is an opportunity to get back to winning ways and our home form has generally been good.
"It will be a tough game but it is a chance for the lads to get Saturday out of their system."
Wycombe visit East Lancashire on the back of a 3-2 home win over Shrewsbury but have won just once on their travels in League One this season.
But Coleman is wary of the threat posed by Gareth Ainsworth's side, who were promoted alongside Stanley last season.
"You know what you are getting from Gareth's teams and he makes no bones about his style of football," he added.
"He has done a really good job at Wycombe and he should get a lot more plaudits than he does. I always enjoy the encounters with them.
"They are a good side, they have good players and scored some terrific goals.
"We know that they will pose us problems."
