ELLIOTT Bennett has signed a new deal at Blackburn Rovers, keeping him at Ewood Park until 2021.
The fan favourite has signed a new two and a half year contract, following in the footsteps of skipper Charlie Mulgrew, who extended his Rovers stay on Thursday.
Bennett has become a popular figure in East Lancashire since joining from Norwich City and has filled in in a variety of positions this term.
The 29-year-old has become a mainstay in the side under Rovers boss Tony Mowbray and has started exactly 100 games for the club.
