CLARETS reporter Tyrone Marshall hands out the ratings from Burnley's draw with Huddersfield Town.

Joe Hart 6

Didn’t have a great deal to do despite Huddersfield’s territory throughout the game, one Mooy save aside

Matt Lowton 5

Scrappy with his passing and looked unsteady as the game wore on. Could have had second yellow late on for attempted pull back

James Tarkowski 7 (Man of the Match)

Terrific block on Depoitre in the first half and repeated the trick a couple of times after that. Got his head on almost everything Huddersfield threw into the box. Seemed to feel his groin on a couple of occasions but came through the full game.

Ben Mee 6

Closed down by Mooy in the first half to give the visitors a good chance, taking too long to make the clearance

Charlie Taylor 5

Took the ire of the crowd for one weak tackle on Billing in the second half. Looked a little shaky.

Johann Berg Gudmundsson 7

Claimed yet another assist and looked Burnley’s only creative cog for much of the game.

Ashley Westwood 5

Good cross to tee up early chance for Vokes but couldn’t get on the ball while he was on the pitch.

Jack Cork 5

Tame clearing header for Hogg chance and the game seemed to bypass Burnley’s midfield all afternoon

Aaron Lennon 5

Ineffectual, with Burnley seeing nowhere near enough of the ball to get him in the game.

Ashley Barnes 5

Brought in for Vydra but withdrawn around the hour mark after barely got himself into the action.

Sam Vokes 7

Took his goal brilliantly but should probably have scored with an earlier chance too. Starved of service after the goal.

Chris Wood for Barnes (61)

Jeff Hendrick for Westwood (73)

Matej Vydra for Vokes (90)
