JOHN Coleman is looking forward to Stanley's first midweek home match of the season and playing in front of a crowd in the club's new Eric Whalley stand.

The Reds welcome Doncaster to the Wham Stadium on Tuesday with both teams flying high in League One.

And Coleman is expecting a memorable occasion under the lights.

"It always gets my juices flowing, when I used to play and watch games I used to love night matches," he said.

"And I think we might see the emergence of the new stand with some people in there so that will be nice.

"Our fans, you can never ever fault the way they get behind the lads, they were brilliant on Saturday.

"I hope they come out in more numbers and I hope we can keep up the noise levels which have been excellent."

The new stand will be open for home fans to sit in but tickets are not being sold specifically for the stand.

Fans will be able to walk round to sit in the new stand but the concourse, food, drink and toilet facilities are not yet in place.

The stand will be fully operational in time for the visit of Bradford City later this month.

Meanwhile, Coleman is expected to be without Seamus Conneely (groin) after he was replaced at half time in the weekend win over Walsall, while loanee forward Luke Charman (thigh) is also out.
