LAURA Massaro booked her spot in the last four of the San Francisco Open where she will take on number one seed Raneem El Welily.
That clash will take place in the early hours of Monday morning with winner facing either Annie Au or Sarah Jayne Perry in the final.
East Lancashire's Massaro reached the semi-finals with a 9-11, 11-9, 11-9, 11-7 victory over Nicol David in 49 minutes.
Massaro, from Houghton, had earlier beaten the unseeded Donna Lobban in 35 minutes, coming through 6-11, 11-9, 11-8, 11-4.
