ACCRINGTON Stanley breezed into the next round of the Lancashire Senior Cup after overwhelming Morecambe 4-0.
A reasonably strong Reds side scored twice in each half to see off the Shrimps at Kendal Town's ground.
The visitors opened the scoring on 28 minutes when Andy Mangan volleyed home Piero Mingoia's cross before the latter got his name on the scoresheet before the break when latching onto a Connor Hall through ball and finishing left footed.
Substitute Offrande Zanzala then came to the fore, first winning a penalty which Hall converted, and then adding a fourth 20 minutes from time.
The home side failed to trouble the Reds with Stanley keeper Jonny Maxted having little to do as Accrington secured a safe passage.
