ACCRINGTON Stanley have completed their third signing of deadline day with the capture of Bolton Wanderers prospect Connor Hall.

The 20-year-old striker has joined on loan until January and takes John Coleman's tally of deadline signings to three following the arrival of Newcastle United pair Daniel Barlaser and Luke Charman.

Hall featured for Bolton in their EFL Cup defeat to Leeds earlier this season and has been tracked by the Reds for much of the summer.

The frontman scored one goal in three starts for Woking in the National League in second half of the 2016-17 campaign having come through the ranks at Sheffield United.

He will add competition with Billy Kee and Offrande Zanzala for a place up top along with Charman, although neither of the new strikers are eligible to face Scunthorpe United on Saturday.

Barlaser, meanwhile, strengthens the squad in midfield and could make his debut against the Iron in the League One clash.

Of his move, Hall said: "I’m buzzing – I’ve been looking to get out on loan since January,” said Hall. “I had a good season last season so I was hoping to be able to go somewhere.

“I know it’s obviously late but to join such a good club has been good and I’m looking forward to getting started.

“I heard at the start of the month that Stanley were interested, and when I heard of that interest I was quite keen to go.”
