ROSSENDALE United hope to name new signings Christian Liptrot and Tom Clarkson when they open up their league campaign today at home to Harrogate RA.
The pair, who signed from Rochdale and Bury respectively, could also star alongside former West Ham goalkeeper Lee Bracey at Dark Lane.
Chairman Steve Hobson was also delighted to have secured the services of manager Derek Egan.
He said: "We're all looking forward to the new season, and just can't wait to get started this afternoon in front of our fans.
"We've retained most of the squad from last season and it's quite an exciting time for us, from looking like we wouldn't be able to compete as a team at any level at one point.
"This is a fresh start and to begin with a home game is great for the club."
