Farrend Rawson is sent off
ACCRINGTON Stanley have appealed against Farrend Rawson's red card in the weekend defeat to Lincoln City.
The 21-year-old was sent off on the stroke of half time at Sincil Bank having fouled Matt Green.
Referee Seb Stockbridge awarded the home side a penalty, which Green converted, and subsequently dismissed Rawson. The Imps went on to win 2-0.
“I have to appeal it,” said Coleman during his post-match press conference. “It was the crucial turning point and it decided the outcome of the game.”
