Darwen are looking forward to hosting a crucial game tomorrow when they entertain current leaders Netherfield at Birch Hall.
Netherfield currently head the Northern League by two points from Darwen, who slipped back last week following their defeat at Fleetwood.
Captain Keith Semple said: "Over the last few years both clubs have been title contenders and this season looks no different. Weather permitting this is bound to be one of the matches of the season."
Darwen make two changes with Mark Bennett returning for Nathan Carr and Kamran Anwar taking the place of Jeff Hacking.
Elsewhere, Chorley travel to face St Anne's.
