ACCRINGTON Stanley midfielder Andy Todd has signed for Rotherham - but 20-year-old Jay Harris has penned a new two-year deal at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.
Todd was offered a new deal at the Reds but the right winger chose a shock move to Mark Robins' side instead, signing a two-year deal at Millmoor.
The 28-year-old said: "I am delighted to be joining Rotherham United and I hope I can play a major part in helping them to climb back to League One at the first attempt.
"I have been particularly impressed by the pedigree of the manager and his staff so I had no hesitation in agreeing to go there.
"I know all about the requirements of playing in League Two as I played in every game in that division last season and, from what I know, I feel sure that Rotherham can have a big impact."
