FRANCIS Jeffers fancies a permanent move to Ipswich if Blackburn don't want him.

With four goals in nine appearances, Jeffers has been a hit during his loan spell at Portman Road.

Town manager Jim Magilton said: "Franny has spoken to Blackburn and told them he wants to come here if they don't want him. We will probably not get a decision until after they have played their last game, and we know other clubs will be after him, but at least we have done what we can and he likes us."

Rovers are still to make a decision on the future of Andy Todd also.
