BLACKBURN Rovers have been forced to make one change for today's Championship clash with Ipswich Town at Ewood Park.
As expected midfielder Danny Guthrie has failed to recover from the thigh injury he sustained early on in last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Hull City and has been replaced by Hope Akpan, who impressed off the bench at the KC Stadium.
Fit-again Chris Taylor, who has been sidelined for the best part of six months, is named among Rovers' substitutes after scoring for the U21s on Monday.
Ipswich have made two enforced changes with Jonathan Parr and Larsen Toure taking the places of the ill Jonas Knudsen and injured joint top scorer Ryan Fraser.
Rovers: Steele, Henley, Duffy, Hanley, Olsson, Marshall, Evans, Akpan, Conway, Lawrence, Rhodes. Subs: Raya, Spurr, Delfouneso, Williamson, Taylor, Petshi, Lenihan.
Ipswich: Gerken, Chambers, Smith, Berra, Parr, Skuse, Douglas, Maitland-Niles, Toure, Murphy, Sears. Subs: Bialkowski, Malarczyk, Emmanuel, Bru, Oar, Pitman, McGoldrick.
