PRESTON Motorsport Club is staging a fun navigational scatter rally on Tuesday September 1.
The event will start and finish from the Plough at Eaves, near Woodplumpton - postcode PR4 0BJ - and it is open to anyone provided they join Preston Motorsport Club on the night.
Subs are £8 for the remainder of 2015 and the price per crew member to do the navigational scatter is £5.
Organiser Louis Baines said: "It is an easy event and maps will be provided. The idea is for competitors to visit a number of points on the map within a set time allowance. At these points there will be clues which you find the answers to by getting out of your car.
"There are a number of clues and points are awarded for the distances those clues are from the start venue, with more points for getting answers right to the clues situated furthest from the start."
All the roads are easily passable in a standard road vehicle.
The event starts at 7pm and those wishing to take part only need to take along a torch, a pencil and a pen. Entrants must be signed on by no later than 7.30pm.
