The Reds, who are coming off a weekend win against Atherton Collieries, have fitness concerns over goalkeeper Mark Crossley, who is a doubt with a hamstring injury, while Jason Heffernen and Liam Garbutt are both working.
Paul Walker is definitely out with an ankle injury and both Chris Whittaker and Scott Gizon are struggling with ankle injuries.
And manager Nigel Coates admitted his side would have to be more ruthless in front of goal.
He said: "It'll be a thrown together side.
"On Saturday we played well, but there should have been more goals scored.
"We missed some unbelievable chances."
