LAMMACK Juniors U18s hopes of winning the league and cup were ended by Padiham FC – who keep their own double hopes alive.
In the battle of the two leading teams in the Under 18s – Lammack have already won the Yellow Division while Padiham lead the Red table – it was Padiham who emerged triumphant as they sealed a convincing 4-0 victory.
In the younger age groups, Clitheroe Wolves Yellow marched on in the U10s Cup following a thrilling 4-3 win against Rossendale United Boys.
In league action, and Hyndburn Youth beat Pendle Forest Tornadoes 4-0 in their top of the table battle with to boost their chances of winning Under 11s Blue League.
Pendle are two points clear but have played all their games while Hyndburn still have two to play.
