Read United were the big winners, crushing Rock Rovers 7-3, while Pendle Forest celebrated a 3-2 win at Burnley Belvedere.
Whinney Hill kept their Reserve Division title title hopes alive with a crushing 5-1 win over strugglers Peel Park.
Bottom of the table Waddington saw off Barrowford Celtic 3-0 in the basement battle, while Rimington were convincing winners by the same scoreline at Burnley Belvedere.
In the Bob Little Section first round, there were impressive wins for Prairie United, Waddington and Whinney Hill FC.
