ACCRINGTON Stanley manager John Coleman hopes seeing in the New Year with a winning start will instigate a Reds' revival.
Stanley ended an 11-game winless run with a deserved 3-1 win over Wrexham at the Racecourse Ground yesterday.
"It's like taking a pair of shoes off that are two sizes too small.
"The relief is unbelievable!" said Coleman.
"We've had horrendous luck in the last three months but we don't look like a team short of confidence.
"We always go out all guns blazing.
"Hopefully that win will take the pressure off."
