BACUP boss Brent Peters will check on three key players ahead of their League Challenge Cup home clash with St Helens tomorrow.
Billy Carrington (thigh), Lee Oldham (groin) and Ian Hughes (calf) all picked up knocks against Padiham in midweek but should be fit.
And Peters said he was hoping for a better game then the teams' last encounter He said: "There's no alarm bells ringing over those three and it's important to us to have some consistency for us to carry on our run.
"St Helens were negative against us when we played them three weeks so hopefully we can get an early goal against them and bring them out."
