A Whitworth man who repeatedly flouted court orders is back behind bars after magistrates told him custody was the only option.

He breached that and was then given a four month curfew order.
The defendant, of Fern Isle Close, Whitworth, did not comply with that either and paid the price when he was jailed for 60 days.
The bench told him he had persistently and deliberately not complied with non custodial sentences.
Hobson admitted allegations of failing to comply with a community order The court was told Hobson had earlier served three years for attempted robbery.
