RESIDENTS are being invited to talk to developers of Whitworth's new civic hall at an open meeting.
Builders McGoff and Byrne will be at the drop-in evening to show locals how plans for the new civic hall are going.
Final schemes are now being put in place including those for a children's playground.
The police will have an office in the building and the room accommodating Whitworth council will also double up as a civic wedding venue. An early October opening is planned.
The drop-in evening will be at Lord's Caterers on January 31 from 7pm until 9pm.
