Nothing beats a chippy tea - but with so many fantastic businesses to choose from in East Lancashire deciding where to go can be difficult.
Lancashire Telegraph readers have been voting for their favourite fish and chip shops in East Lancashire.
We can now reveal the top 10 in our Best Chippy competition.
Which chippy serves the most succulent fish? Which business has the perfect cooked chips? And which business provides exceptional service with a smile? It is time to crown the region’s best fish and chip shop by voting for your favourite.
Over the coming days, readers will be able to vote for their favourite by picking up a paper copy of the Lancashire Telegraph, with the winner announced later this month.
There will also be profiles of each of the finalists to shine a light on the top 10 businesses and the owners behind them, in order to discover more about the business’ history and why it deserves the number one spot.
All businesses in the top 10 are based in Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Pendle, Burnley, Rossendale and the Ribble Valley boroughs.
