A HIGHAM pub which built an unauthorised smoking shelter and was ordered to remove it has seen an appeal against the enforcement action dismissed.
Pendle Council’s planning officers issued the notice to the Four Alls Inn, Higham Hall Road, after the scheme was implemented at the front of the pub without planning permission.
The landlord will now have to remove the shelter or face further action.
