STABLE owners want to changes the use of a stables into a house.
An application has been submitted to Ribble Valley Council to convert Brown Stables at Stockbridge, situated off Knowles Brow, Hurst Green, into a two bedroom family house.
The site is an existing barn located in the Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and adjacent to the highway.
A structural appraisal has been carried out and the applicants said it confirms the barn is entirely suitable to be converted.
The planning application will be considered at a future planning and development meeting.
