DEFENCE Minister Peter Luff has assured Hyndburn MP Graham Jones, in a letter, that UK military chiefs are convinced the US government remains committed to the full production programme for the F35 warplane – partly made by BAE Systems at Samlesbury and Warton. It comes after UK and US defence chiefs met recently.
